We address this via the Balwin Foundation, which provides scholarships, bursaries, awards, and study loans to promote skills development in construction, property, engineering and associated fields.

We are very proud of our female staff working on our development sites, such as women shown here doing the first concrete pour at De Kuile, one of Balwin’s newest developments in Kuils River, Cape Town.
