Key Deliverables

  • Monthly Reporting
  • Land valuation and terrif reporting for divisions
  • Monthly Body Corporate liability control
  • Update repayments monthly
  • Preparation and finalization of recons
  • Prepare land rate payments
  • Update and manage municipal workflow chart

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with managing agents and metering companies on a regular basis regarding utilities
    and utility reports
  • Management and preparation of various reports relating to the following:
    • Green metering
    • SHEQ Utilities
    • Land valuation and tariffs for QS division
  • Provide required information monthly for inclusion in the Body Corporate financial report
  • Reviewing and amending monthly reports prepared by the Municipal team
  • Monthly management and tracking of AOD’s within the body corporate liabilities
  • Liaising with managing agents and legal division when AOD’s are required
  • Accurately preparing monthly schedule on prepayments for the finance department
  • Updating and preparing the monthly accruals report
  • Providing support and assistance to the team when preparing and dealing with complex
  • Preparation of land rate payment requisitions. Ensuring that the allocation of current usage is
    accurate and deferring prepaid updates.
