How to Enter
To win a fully furnished apartment at a selected Balwin development valued at R1 million from Balwin Properties you need to follow these easy steps below. The winner of the competition will have full ownership of the property, and the prize includes the first year's levies. The winner can either take up residence or they may rent out the apartment, to earn an income from the price (no short-term letting).
- Step 1: Compete in any of the distances, in any of the races in the Balwin Run Series (Peninsula, Pretoria, Dolphin Coast or Jeppe Races)
- Step 2: Visit any of the Balwin Properties Estates that are on show in CPT,PTA,DBN or JHB and fill in your details on the show apartment iPad. View all Developments.

Four iconic races
Four iconic races in each region within which we develop have been included in the Series: the Jeppe, the Peninsula, the Pretoria, and the Dolphin Coast Races. These are all clubs with an extensive history, well-run races, and good athlete development programs, thereby supporting development of athletes in South Africa.
We have brought on many strategic partners to add value to the clubs and the runners experience, and enhancing the partners engagement ability with the running community.
The Balwin Run Series offers the most value of any race on the continent, with runners benefitting from up to R3,000 in value for their entry fee's with various added value items included in their entry, plus the opportunity to win a fully furnished apartment from Balwin Properties by participating and visiting the available developments.
These value adds include Race shirts, Goodie Bags, Medals, Coaching programs and race photos (benefits limited per race & distances so the soon er runners enter the more value per entry).
